The Tamworth Phoenix have seen unrivalled success on and off the field; growing from an affiliate team in 2007, to genuine Premier Division contenders in only five short years of competition including two promotions.
We currently play in the Premier Division of the British American Football National League and our games take place in the summer months, from April to September. We have several players who have represented the Great Britain Lions National Program and will be starting the 2012 season looking to win our first championship and hopefully secure European football for the first time in our history.
We are currently recruiting for the 2012 Premiership season in order to increase our squad size and develop further competition within the team. American Football is a physically demanding sport in which power, speed and agility as well as aggression and competitiveness play a vital role. We are looking for athletic individual’s with such qualities, who may be interested in playing the fastest growing sport in the UK
